Welcome to Grace Church Castlemaine!

We are currently meeting at the rear of 30 Buckley Street, Harcourt, the former Pre School building. Harcourt is about a ten minute drive north of Castlemaine.

If you are reading this then perhaps you are visiting Castlemaine for the weekend, or alternatively moving into the area? Either way you are assured of a warm welcome at "Grace". We are a bunch of ordinary people loving an awesome God, loving each other, and our fellow man, just as God our Father enables us to - God is love.

Our emphasis is on God's incredible grace, mercy and love. We believe that Jesus came into the world to save the world, and not to condemn it. We want to reach as many people as possible with the good news of salvation through putting their trust in our Lord Jesus Christ.

We believe that Jesus Christ has paid the price for all sin of mankind - past, present and future - 1 John 2:2 is our church motto - and it is our fervent hope that as many people as possible will avail themselves of that supreme sacrifice. Our church is very Word of God based and we embrace the Holy Spirit enthusiastically.

We believe that healing was included in, and is part of the atonement.

We believe that the purpose of grace ultimately is to teach us to lead a godly life in this world.

We believe very much in the current day operation of the gifts of the Holy Spirit and believe that the preaching of the gospel is meant to be accompanied by signs and wonders - just as the New Testament teaches.

We look forward to this becoming a present day reality, both down the street, and within the walls of the church. You are welcome to join in! Our church is affiliated with Full Gospel Churches of Australia .

After church you are most welcome to stay for warm fellowship over a tea or coffee. We hope that you might stay for lunch if you are able.
